If you don’t manage these updates consistently, your site will eventually break—meaning down-time, headaches, and potential loss in revenue.

If you are not backing up your site regularly, have never successfully fixed a site that’s been broken because of plugin update incompatibilities, and don’t know what the “white screen of death” is (and how to fix it), then you shouldn't be updating your website on your own.
For the Premium and Elite plans, your support time covers a majority of small tasks including content updates, performance improvements, theme or stylesheet adjustments, bug fixes, and more. Individual tasks are limited to approximately 30 mins. Any individual task that will take more than 30 minutes to complete will be quoted separately at a special reduced hourly rate only available to care plan clients.
Requests for new features, added functionality, custom graphics, additional design, additional pages, email-related issues, or any task that will take longer than 30 minutes to complete are not included in your support time. These will be quoted separately at a special reduced hourly rate only available to care plan clients.

The purpose of these care plans is to keep anything like that from happening in the first place. However, there are certain things that may be out of my control, like issues arising from 3rd party plugins, hosting environment, updates you make on your own, etc. While I cannot promise that you will never experience any issues, I can guarantee that I’ll provide top level preventative care. I will work with my hosting partner to clean up and restore your site so that it’s back online as quickly as possible.
Monthly strategy calls are reserved for Elite plan clients. We’ll get on a phone or video call to check in and discuss your website. These calls will help us focus on the future growth of your site and plan ways to improve it. You can also use that time to screen-share specific issues or for additional training.
Yes. There are no long term contract with my plans. Your payment is processed monthly in advance and you can request cancellation at any time. If you do so, your next monthly payment will be immediately stopped.
My care plans were created specifically to support client websites that I’ve built. However, if you are in need of ongoing support for your existing website I’d be happy to help. Before you can start on a plan I’ll run a full evaluation of your site. This audit will include a full backup along with all website updates, scans, and monitoring tasks. I’ll compile a list of issues to fix and improvements that may be needed in order to proceed with a monthly care plan. This process is generally a 4 hour fixed fee.
